Professor at the Federal University of Cariri (UFCA) and Coordinator of the Technological Innovation Core (NIT/PRPI). Holds a Ph.D. in Teleinformatics Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), with a research period at Technische Universität Darmstadt, Germany. With solid experience in both academia and the tech industry, his research focuses on Radio Access Networks (RAN) for 5G/6G, Radio Resource Management (RRM), hybrid beamforming, O-RAN, and massive MIMO. He is an active reviewer for international conferences and journals, and holds international patents in mobile telecommunications.

Research on multiple antennas to increase capacity and spectral efficiency in wireless networks.
Radio Resource Management and Optimization
Development of algorithms for efficient radio resource allocation in high-demand environments.
Open RAN and Disaggregated Networks
Study and implementation of open and intelligent architectures for future mobile networks.
